Rehab for CrossFit

 

CrossFit is a high-intensity, functional fitness training program that combines elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio. CrossFit and similar cross functional training athletes are constantly pushing themselves to their limits, Good Reps Physical Therapy can help athletes of all levels prevent injuries, improve their performance, and recover from injuries quickly and safely. We work directly with you and your coach to keep you moving while we address your goals.

We offer a variety of services for rehabbing Crossfitters, including:

  • Movement assessment and analysis: We will perform a comprehensive movement assessment to identify any mobility restrictions, muscle imbalances, or other factors that may be limiting your performance or putting you at risk of injury.

  • Personalized training programs: Good Reps will develop personalized warm and accessories programs with your coach that are tailored to your individual needs and goals. These programs may include exercises to improve mobility, strength, power, and endurance.

  • Education and support: We will provide you with education and support on a variety of topics, including proper lifting technique, nutrition, and recovery. We are here to help you every step of the way on your journey to becoming a better CrossFit athlete.
