Physical Therapy Follow up - $160*
Plan: It starts with planning through a thorough 75 min one-on-one evaluation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. The evaluation includes a movement assessment and breakdown. Together, we take your full body assessment and make a PLAN on how to reach your GOALS the quickest way possible.
Follow Through: Follow up visits vary from person to person as we don’t answer to insurance. We answer to YOU and your goals. Follow up visits are 60 mins one-on-one. Follow up visits consist of the latest and evidenced-based manual therapy and movement-based therapy.
Optimize: Once you’re done with recovery, it doesn't have to end there! Prevent recurrent injuries and continue your journey to living your fullest potential through our Perform Better package.
